DeepOptics: Raising Brand and Product Awareness
Sector: Tech & AI
The Brief
DeepOptics, the pioneer of adaptive-focus liquid-crystal technology, required a dual-track strategy to launch their flagship 32°N Adaptive Focus Sunglasses. I was hired to accelerate the brand’s market presence and, more critically, to elevate the CEO’s profile to attract venture capital. The objective was to use high-authority media as a financial lever, building a narrative of innovation that would drive both consumer pre-orders and investor confidence for the upcoming funding round.
The Strategy
Securing funding requires a visionary leader, not just a gadget. I executed a Founder-Led Authority Strategy, beginning with intensive media training to prepare the DeepOptics leadership for high-stakes business journalism
I secured an exclusive, deep-dive interview with Entrepreneur Magazine, specifically designed to showcase the founder’s vision and the company’s scalability. This was a strategic move to position the brand as a disruptive force to the investment community.
Simultaneously, I orchestrated a "tech-first" review cycle. By placing the 32°N glasses in the hands of the industry's toughest critics, we secured the technical validation necessary to drive massive pre-orders and prove market demand. Securing high-impact product coverage and technical endorsements from The Verge, Digital Trends, Reviewed, and Trend Hunter.
The Result
The campaign successfully shifted DeepOptics from an R&D-focused startup to a "must-watch" AI wearable player, creating the perfect climate for capital injection
